Find a solution to date formation changing from UK to US in excel docs being added to the system

System shouldn't transpose dates in documents being uploaded. Data needs to be accurate so that any point in time it can be referred to especially for HR/legal documents.

Restrict fonts on template documents to the only one that actually works consistently - Tahoma

Formatting with other fonts often goes weird and then is time consuming to correct and amend. Tahoma is the only one that works consistently.

Finance Team view re staff expenses
