Currently the system uses the salary effective date to the end of a 12 month period but this can fluctuate and is not a consistent calculation. It would be better to have a standard 260 days for full time staff and reduced numbers pro rata for people who work less than a 5 day week.

I was also just about to add this request and saw that others have also had issues with this. I hope that all similar issues are being collated as one issue with the same outcome needing to be resolved. ie that the daily absence calculation is changed from 261 days to 260 days in the Personal tab
