It would be great to have the Planned Leave dashboard options from Analytics available on the new People Analytics

Allowing more than one work pattern to be pending due to flexible hours requests. for example, someone is increasing their hours steadily 7.5 hours and another 7.5 hours in one month. I would like to be able to act on the changes and be done with it.
