Enhance the functionality of the document editor

The space for editing documents (e.g. offer letters using a template or job descriptions) is very clunky and it is really time consuming trying to format the document to look professional. For example:

  • Even if all text is selected and Aria font is chosen, on the document preview, half of it will be showing as Times New Roman

  • Indentation and bullet points are always really difficult to get consistent

  • There is no line spacing function which means there are formatting issues on job adverts when they're posted with line spacing inconsistent throughout.

It's overall just really user-unfriendly!

Describe the Challenge Quicker, smoother use of creating documents from templates like offer letters or when creating job adverts. Documents that look more professional to employees or prospective job applicants.
