The space for editing documents (e.g. offer letters using a template or job descriptions) is very clunky and it is really time consuming trying to format the document to look professional. For example:
Even if all text is selected and Aria font is chosen, on the document preview, half of it will be showing as Times New Roman
Indentation and bullet points are always really difficult to get consistent
There is no line spacing function which means there are formatting issues on job adverts when they're posted with line spacing inconsistent throughout.
It's overall just really user-unfriendly!
