ATS- ability to load docs into a vacancy rather than only applicants

Being able to book unpaid leave in 'other events' in half days, i.e 3.5 days

Employee needed to book 3.5 days unpaid leave and the end of a period of annual leave. In order to do this they had to book 3 days and then a separate half day, which meant two approvals.
