Inclusive leave types in Planner such as adoption, shared paternal & neonatal leave - not just Maternity/Paternity

We currently have Maternity/Paternity leave as an option but I would like to change this to 'Family Leave' and have options for employees to choose from such as - Maternity, Paternity, Shared Parental, Adoption, Carers, Time off for dependants, Neonatal etc
