I liked it better when Employees, HR Admin and Planner were all in the same menu, running down the left hand side. I hate having to switch out of Employee to go to Planner and then back to Employee when, for example, checking and approving holiday...

At the moment you have to type it then click on add comments and then save. A number of people click save but not add comment and then the comment is lost

When a new hire attempts to sign documents there are 2 options given “Review” & “Sign” is there any option for a “Review & Sign” option (so that it pushes the new hire to scroll/read through the document before they can sign?)

Rather than create a query for a single employee, when trying to get an overview of their absences in the given year, the print report available from the planner should include all absence types, not just holidays.

Candidate's personal emails are used within the ATS (as work emails don't yet exist). When moving a candidate to the new starter stage in the ATS pipeline, it would make more sense for the email address to populate the email field on the new start...

It would be good if there could be a page or section added for medical conditions/Medications etc that flags up when you go into their file.

currebtly we can only create individual tasks from the task button, however if you wnat to edit/create or delete a tasks you have to wait until you onboard/offboard an employee to edit your global tasks. It's unproductive and often forgotten to do...

Employee needed to book 3.5 days unpaid leave and the end of a period of annual leave. In order to do this they had to book 3 days and then a separate half day, which meant two approvals.
