Currently our Managing Director does not have a "Manager" assigned to him and he is at the top level with all employees under him. This causes problems for sharing Performance Reviews as the only person they can "Share" their review with is "Admin".

During setup of a new hire, ability to select payment frequency as weekly paid staff are defaulting to monthly, and this requires an admin to correct it.
