Interview scorecard on ATS

To enhance the Applicant Tracking System, please integrate Interview Scorecards. Currently there are only shortlisting scorecards but it would be beneficial to be able to run the entire recruitment process via ATS, so that hiring managers don't need to complete additional forms.:

  • Comprehensive Interview Scorecards: Expand the ATS to include customisable interview scorecards that cover various dimensions such as technical skills, soft skills, cultural fit, etc. These scorecards should allow for detailed ratings and comments by interviewers.

  • Integration with Calendar and Communication Tools: Incorporate scheduling and communication functionalities within the ATS platform to seamlessly arrange interviews, send invitations, and receive feedback from interviewers.

  • Automated Score Calculation: Implement algorithms within the ATS to automatically calculate overall interview scores based on the ratings provided by interviewers. This reduces manual effort and ensures consistency in evaluation. Same to be applied to shortlisting scorecards.

  • Candidate Feedback Loop: Enable interviewers to provide constructive feedback directly within the ATS, which can be shared with candidates post-interview. This fosters transparency and helps candidates understand areas for improvement.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Provide analytics and reporting tools within the ATS to track and analyse interview performance, candidate progress, and overall hiring metrics. This helps in identifying bottlenecks and areas for optimisation in the hiring process.

  • Customisation and Scalability: Offer flexibility for organisations to customise the ATS according to their specific hiring workflows and scale the system as per their evolving needs. This ensures that the ATS remains adaptable to changing recruitment requirements.
