Could the company planner be updated to be more useful without having to click in and out of each day to see who is off. Could it have Days/dates across the top and names down the left so you could see everyone. It could then show working patterns...

I think it would be quite helpful (and relatively simple) to colour code each of the fields in the right hand pane of the query builder along with their corresponding section title in the left hand pane.

Employees who manage people as well as having elevated access rights have to select "include proxy" to view their employee list...seems a bit silly. Also they are restricted from doing menial tasks, such as confirming absences in the system.
