It would be useful to have the facility to flag an employee record/make a note against an employee record for things such as health/medical issues, current disciplinary investigations, any general notes which are important to flag about a certain individual etc.
| Describe the Challenge | Currently, things such as health information and disciplinary investigations are just logged either via the logbook or stored as a document within their Documents. It would be useful to have some sort of marker against the employee name on the homepage, to show which employees have medical conditions, any ongoing issues/concerns, and just any general notes to make against the employee |
Could you use the Case log option? Not perfect I know but it's somewhere to store info...
