A downloadable feature for ripples would be helpful (containing signatures, checklists, and multiple-choice questions) as a PDF, or any file type.
We use the interactive ripple feature, which, once completed, will send an automatic notification to their manager via email. It would be great if the Ripple could be attached to the email to help the manager (or relevant individual) understand the information without having to log in and click through to the employee's profile.
