Length of time to get notifications from logbooks

It currently can take a very long time between an employee completing a logbook, then the system/Ripple kicking in and sending the relevant notifications. This can be especially frustrating when you are trying to test things before implementation.

Additional report to in New starter setup

When adding a new starter, you can't add additional reports to. The person setting up the record isn't always the direct reports to, so it would be useful to be able to add additional at the time of setting the record up.
