If you go to your access bar in the top left-hand corner and click on the drop-down menu, then select 'Planner,' you'll be able to see who is off sick and on holidays throughout the year across the entire business. It's quite handy for keeping track of everyone's availability. Recently, a Line Manager reached out to me, inquiring about a way to see who will be on holiday in the future to better maximize their team and organization. While considering this, I noticed that on the current Line Managers portal, they have the same access as an Admin user. This means they can see everyone's holiday information (as a precaution I didn't want to check if he could see sickness due to confidentiality reasons), not just their team's but everyone's in the business. Would be great if their was a way in the setting we can control this and put measures in place so employee don't see information they shouldn't be.
