We run monthly reports for staff off sick the previous month, but it doesn't pick up staff that have been off sick ongoing - so if their first day off was the month before the 'last month' query, they will not show on the last month report. Please can there be a direct way to report on all sickness incidents within a specific period.
| Describe the Challenge | I know i can achieve a similar result if i add in last 90 days, but this means i'll also then have to filter out any staff that had just 1 instance 90 days ago, and not just a month ago. |
