Have the 'personal email' field added into the ripple recipients list.

It would be useful to have a date field on the 360 feedback when running a query so it can be filtered when running a report

This would allow us to make better reports and ripples. One example is that I was trying to send out a ripple to anyone who didn't have a timesheet entry for yesterday but couldn't find a way to do this with the available filters.

I would like to be able to change the date range on the impact information and reduce it, specifically - Holidays or Other Leave If it is not possible to be able to select our own time frame then at least more options, e.g. 1 day, 3 days, 7 days.
