Queries: Please add 'yesterday' as a date filter and 'Not' as a conditional option

This would allow us to make better reports and ripples.

One example is that I was trying to send out a ripple to anyone who didn't have a timesheet entry for yesterday but couldn't find a way to do this with the available filters.
