Leavers - rescind their resignation

Ability to delete the resignation entered on the leaver wizard, rather than having to re-hire them after the leave date has been reached.

Be able to see TOIL bookings on the planner

To help when authorising time off - some staff use TOIL instead of annual leave but cannot see who is off with TOIL - just annual leave and sick leave

Absence Management - Organisational Trigger points

We do not follow Bradford Factor but have our own internal absence management trigger points for long term absence, which where we need to stay on track to have formal meetings: 35 days 3 months 6 months 9 months 12 months

Allow exporting of notes to word documents

At the moment when we use the notes for a 1-2-1 review if i create a query to view all the notes it will only allow me to export to excel or CSV which is no good. Please could we be able to export to word for easy reading

Evo Employee Performance - Line Manager rating

Hi - we think it is odd only the employee can add a rating on Evo Employee Performance. The manager has the ultimate decision on this. If this is not changed by year end, we will need to create a logbook for manager rating which is not idea. thanks
