We have people set in departments, but within that there are smaller teams, so it might be useful to lock days in a few people's planner, not the whole department

Along the same vein, it would be good to lock days per individual/team. As a business that has shift workers we would like to be able to lock days to suit the working pattern and not the department as a whole.
