Show Employee Name in Subject Field on Auto Emails / Approval Requests
When a approval request email is received, you need to go into the body of the email to see who it relates to. It would be useful if in the Employee's name was in the subject header for an easier view in the inbox.

Arrange employees in alphabetical order by Surname
Instead of arranging/listing employees by First Name, it may be better to arrange them by Surname, as some people have 'known as' names, or use their middle name etc.
