Design the layout that it is a readable vertical screen and better for printing. In addition the ability to click through the hierarchy levels and click directly to an individuals details from the organisation chart.
Current layout of the screen is too wide and unable to easily see the structure of a team without scrolling across. As the PDF is based on the wide (horizontal) view it is not readable when viewing the printed version.

Absolutely agree. The Org chart is only useful when using on line and doing lots of scrolling (regardless of orientation), it is totally unusable as a pdf as you cannot read any of it, and we are an SME nor substantially large org.

I have the same issue when you have a large department. Can we perhaps list by job title within 1 department where there are a lot of employees, e.g. operations teams.
