have different levels of permissions for managers, HR, Directors, PA

it would be useful to have maybe Level 1 to 5 permission and what is included in the Level 1 to 5 can be manageable by HR

Describe the Challenge only one or two levels there and does not cover, directors, Heads of, Managers, team leaders, etc..

I can not believe that you can not have level of admin rights so we can lock down HR team records to only some people in HR. The only way to do this is employee and give access rights. But you can’t see some data or if you shut down the system they can’t access either. Not useful.

I agree as I'm having to edit access rights for every individual role rather than having predefined admin rights determined by position. Even the ability to 'copy from' another employee to duplicate the rights would be beneficial and save time!

Like many other comments, really surprised this is not already a basic function to give different levels of "Access" to different people within the business. Our Super-Users are the People Operations Team, but other members of the HR Team, payroll etc. need to only view the data and not change it.

This would be beneficial as we have varying levels to which we need people to see info, surprised this isn't a basic feature

Our Developers and IT team need super admin access but we cannot give them this as they would be able to see salary and case log information, so having the ability to generate permission levels is crucial and the give edit rights does not solve this
