When a manager logs in, they see a list of their employees, however from this list they cannot click through to the profile but have to go to the menu, select employees and then choose the individual.

Any leavers who have moved from Employees to quick filter Leavers, should be removed completely after 6 years. Or at least administration notified that they need to be removed soon.

Have a TEST EMPLOYEE set up so you can check actions before they're actioned on real staff. Also, they should be included in stats, queries, reports, or chargeable as another user.

Receiving holiday requests along with a list of staff who have the same dates off, is all we need to see. Adding staff to the list who have the week off before and after just pollutes the list and makes it so difficult to read the request. It make...

This would make it easier to visually see there is a condition, and would make it easier to do annual checks. If you could also be able to run a report off for all employees with medical conditions, that would be even better.

Allow users to add and submit their expenses via the desktop version rather than just the app

Would be great to have the option to change what is shown up on the planner for sickness - to show up the past 12 months sickness, instead of the holiday year to date

At the moment there are 3 options for gender all pre populated. What about other options like non-binary or intersex and having these options or even updating to a drop down list so we can amend as needed

It would be good to have Future Reports To merge tag in the system so that ripples are not sent with the wrong data ahead of the change date
