Having used TeamSeer for a couple of years, it is superior in many ways to the planner on People HR - it's colourful, clear, you can have leave types set up how you want etc etc.

On every employee overview page there is a 'Give Admin Access' button, but there is no need as you can already do this as an admin in the 'HR Admin' section.
