At present staff can add an assignment on the mobile app and can us the tap in tap out feature to create a timesheet.
Tap in Tap Out doesn't work for us due to the lack of ability to set rounding /grace rules on the planner itself. I appreciate that these rules can be created in the report for payroll purposes, but it is important for transparency that the planner matches people's pay packets - as we round to the nearest 15 minutes, this doesn't happen with Tap In / Tap Out, which calculates hours on the planner to the minute.
We would therefore find it useful if staff could enter their hours on the mobile app just as they do the web page by tapping add timesheet, just like they can currently do with assignments. This should be an option that each company can disable if they wish to use tap in and tap out instead.
