Timesheet Date

On the second page showing timesheet detail show the date the timesheet has been created for and not just the date requested. Very confusing for Managers currently to only see the date requested when they go to the approve/decline detail page

TOIL can be added by the line manager. Keep this functionality but it would be good so just HR can add TOIL/amend/deduct as I sometimes find that this is incorrectly adhered to by employees
