It would also be much better if we could extend absence from ½ day to when the employee returns to work, rather than having to add two entries.
Also, it would be useful if you can create a rule to keep the absence listed on an employee record after they have left which has not had a 'return to work' completed but not have it pop up once they have been re-employed.
