The ability for all directors and managers to Opt in/Out of weekly recap

Our Director, receives the weekly holiday recap email; when in fact it's our Chief of Staff who would benefit most from this. Can we have a facility to chose who receives recaps and updates, rather than having it default to the Org Chart?

No Work Patter option in Planner

There should be no limit of 7 hours 30 minutes in the "No Work Pattern" option in the holiday planner. The whole point of having a 'no work pattern' is to have the flexibility.

Allow employees to edit the NI/SSN field

When a new employee starts we have to ask them to add this information to a different section of the hr system (bank details for example) and we then have to go retrieve it and drop it into the correct box afterwards.

Employees are not able to view their own absence documents. After being filed in Absence Planner documents are automatically transferred to Documents but access is only available to Manager and not Employee. Advised only way to give access is for Admin to go into each file and manually tick box to give access to Employee. No practical for every absence.

Useful to give access to Documents. Benefit Employee. To work the system should automatically give access to Employee to view their own documents

Adding 'Date last opened' on queries page.

Adding a filtering field for Admins and Managers on 'Date Last Opened' alongside the existing Name, Description and Category will allow for easy tidying up of unused Queries.

For admins to amend incorrect expense claims

Rather than always asking employees to correct the expense claims they submit, if it's an easy correction e.g. change in 'Category' or change in 'Reimburse' that admins can adjust this at the submission stage.
