Archive holiday requests for past years

To be able to archive holidays requests for previous years will mean that the 'Decided' holiday requests within the 'Authorisations' function will run quicker and be more useable.
There is currently over 21,000 decided holiday requests and increasing each day. This amount of data means trying to find anything within the search bar takes ages (up to a minute each time).
Although we do have queries written we generally need to amend the filters each time to get to the transaction we want to view and because of the data involved this makes setting new filters in the query very slow.
