We'd like the system to automatically remind an approver that their approval is needed for a vacancy. With many vacancies live at once, it's hard to keep track of who has approved what and chasing up approvers is tedious.

When a manager sends a document such as a 1-2-1 to an employee to sign, the manager should also get a notification when it has been signed as well as the employee and the administrator.

Have the ability (like is already in place in most systems) to schedule reports to send out to managers/generic mailboxes. Hotsheets are great but long winded and having the ability to simply schedule reports would be great.
