Timesheet Overtime Approval or Decline individually

When employees have multiple overtime entries to approve, we need to have the option to Approve or Decline each individual entry. At present we can only approve or decline all, see attached example.

Being unable to Approve some overtime entries and Decline others as well as give individual reasons.
