Employee Performance Module needs a mobile website or app

Employee Performance Module needs to be acessible via the app or at a minimum a mobile website. Employee Performance Module is not useable for over 50% over our employees who use the system via mobile app and not desktop site

Department at a point in time to appear on reports

When looking at backdated headcount reports, it shows the department an employee currently works in and not the department they worked in at the time, which means you can't get the correct headcount per department.

Be able to run a query without saving it

Currently you have to save a query before running it. Not all queries are needed again so we have to save the query then periodically go through and delete queries we don't want to keep. Not having to save will save us time and keep our query list...
