Add a search bar on the dashboard in order to search for employees instead of pressing the 9 dots, then employee.

I know Bamboo HR etc have an option to allocate documents for electronic signatures while in the ATS offer section. We use single sign on so we can't allocate documents for employee's to sign until they start.

It would be great if you can amend notifications such as the daily recap email so it doesn't send you recaps on the weekend. Currently the weekend notifications serve no purpose and just get deleted.

At present, we can download the CVs of all applicants for a particular role as a bulk action within ATS. It would be really useful to also be able to download their cover letters in the same way.

It would be really useful to be able to run a report showing all the changes that we have made on PHR within a specified time frame.

In the employee screen can each column have a drop down checkbox so you can just select one or multiple departments like you would in an excel filter, would be a much quicker way to filter records

It would be useful for the system to remember the previous starter's saved ID to enable quicker entry of new employees

It would be nice to see a different design for the dashboard, I find this not in keeping with the rest of the system and removing the missions.

It would be helpful to see some version of the 'planner' that is available, but a simplified and more accessible version on the analytics dashboard, as soon as you login.

The current performance management format is not ver end-user friendly. The text that goes in for each question is bigger and black bold than the font used for each heading. See attached screenshot. There was talk of overhauling this whole section...
