The system does not offer a built-in HR functionality to automatically capture and distinguish between paid and unpaid sick leave.
As this is a core aspect of absence and payroll management, it’s surprising that this isn’t available as standard. It creates an unnecessary manual workload and increases the risk of error — particularly when accuracy and compliance are so critical in this area.

This is one of my biggest issues with PeopleHR. Such a manual task. I would expect a system that costs this much to have a function to do this automatically if you plug in the entitlement centrally. Creates so the majority of our HR payroll errors as all manual work that takes a long time.
