Approval process for bank detail changes

Any attempted changes to bank details from an employee require approval from PHR admin before the change can be made. This gives the admin time to query the change with the individual via other channels to ensure legitimacy.

Elevated Access Rights

Employees who manage people as well as having elevated access rights have to select "include proxy" to view their employee list...seems a bit silly. Also they are restricted from doing menial tasks, such as confirming absences in the system.
