Currently line managers have to request the 360 feedback from the reviewees colleagues. Where line managers are unavailable or the person giving feedback is going away or the reviewee is going away, it would be easier for the reviewee to be able to send 360 feedback requests to colleagues but then the system would automatically send the response directly to the line manager. This enables more efficient processing for feedback, cuts out inefficiencies due to holidays / sickness of line manager or reviewee or colleagues giving feedback.
