Be able to filter easily between two dates

full audit report of who has edited what and when.

People forget when their TOIL will expire, and it's not very easy to see that quickly via the settings.

It would be really useful if employee's could edit their own holidays once these have been booked.

Please can we make the dashboard able to be customised, we would like to add short cut links and visually show certain things that are of use to us and not generic stuff we have no interest in.

This would help staff see other events more easily.

Currently have the option to record 1/4 day, 1/2 day or full day sickness absence. Being able to record 3/4 day sickness absence would be a valuable improvement.
