Would it be possible to give our IT Department access to employees' DOBs without them seeing everything else on the 'personal' tab?

At the moment managers get an email each time a staff member updates their timesheet. Could there be an option to just get the email at the end of the week?

When a manager logs in, they see a list of their employees, however from this list they cannot click through to the profile but have to go to the menu, select employees and then choose the individual.
