Would be useful to be able to choose what days are included in the weekly hours. We run our payroll based on Monday-Sunday hours but it is automatically set Sunday to Saturday when looking at the Weekly hours.

Feedback on PHR - 360 Feedback Notifications It would be useful if these invitations got flagged up in the notifications section (or similar) on PHR so I don't have to search through my emails.

For example, when pulling a report for this time last year, so see employees salary, department, role, work hours etc as what they were this time last year instead of pulling several reports.
