Add Job Roles to Signature

Now it is possible to have the employee/manager signatures on a document, could we also have the job role (both employee & manager) added to this? I think this is quite a common requirement when signing a document.

General Annual Leave Allocation Query

Allowing more than one work pattern to be pending due to flexible hours requests. for example, someone is increasing their hours steadily 7.5 hours and another 7.5 hours in one month. I would like to be able to act on the changes and be done with it.

Could you show a medical alert picture, or some sort of flag to indicate that an employee has a medical condition. This needs to be on the front of their main record.

This would make it easier to visually see there is a condition, and would make it easier to do annual checks. If you could also be able to run a report off for all employees with medical conditions, that would be even better.
