It would be great to be able to change an employee's annual leave from days to hours when they move to part-time and have the previous year's annual leave reflected correctly.

Completely agree. Seems like an error that it changes all the history which then shows incorrectly.

I agree with this, as this is also impacting us as a organisation too.
When changing the measured in section under the settings in the planner, it changes previous years allowances - where as the change is only effective in a new holiday year or when a change to employment happens.
The settings function should allow for an effective date to be submitted when this is changed, and then not allow for the previous years allowances to be affected, as this is then no longer a true reflection on the AL in previous years.
