Attaching contracts & handbook to be signed once offer accepted in ATS

I know Bamboo HR etc have an option to allocate documents for electronic signatures while in the ATS offer section. We use single sign on so we can't allocate documents for employee's to sign until they start.

Sickness Reporting

Sickness reporting is not clear. We are having to be really careful when calculating sickness that runs between two months. eg We have to carefull count the days when a sickness runs 28th of a month to 2nd of the next month.

A Report to show outstanding holidays

Our accountants often request a tally of who has what holidays outstanding at the end of a period and there is no report to calculate this. I therefore have to spend hours manually looking at this.

Additional Analysis Codes

Analysis codes are great, they let us customise People HR to suit our needs - but 2 isn't enough. IT would be very useful to have more of these.

Ability to reopen Performance Review Form
