Allow for LOS additional annual leave to be calculated ProRata

Absence Report to include employees set up as hourly pay
The majority of our workforce are paid hourly, so their salary is set up as such. However, the absence report only works for annual. If you are given the option of hourly, weekly, monthly, annual pay then reports should be able to reflect this.

Changes in salary/hours etc only appear in reports after the starting date
I run off PHR reports for our payroll using the Hierachy report - not sure if that is a set up report but it does not take the salary hours at the day of the report. It takes any future changes and reports on them as current
