Ability to store all internal training in PeopleHR for employees to access.

This would benefit managers who are planning shifts / rotas. The sync with Outlook calendar function used to give a nice overview but the support team have advised this is no longer supported by Outlook.

Hi, as part of our application process we ask for an MP3 voice recording. Can we get PeopleHR to support this?

Not to have sickness reasons grouped together. At the moment 3 sickness reasons have been grouped together and put as 'Other' this makes the data incorrect. We should be able to edit this to show the reasons we want.

Employees should be able to be added or removed from a review once it's live - there is a tick box which says 'Select this option if this is an on-going performance review that you would like to assign on a case-by-case basis' but it doesn't allow...

Instead of arranging/listing employees by First Name, it may be better to arrange them by Surname, as some people have 'known as' names, or use their middle name etc.

In a logbook approval chain, it would be useful to see when each approver approved the logbook, for example when it says (A) could it state (A - DD/MM/YY) instead.
