ability to print or download electronic return to work forms

it would be good to be able to print or download the electronic system generated return to work forms which an employee/manager completes following a period of sickness absence. If the business needs to manage the employee's poor attendance they need to be able to provide these for any meetings they hold with the person as evidence and information on reason for absence/actions taken etc.
