Put everything in one menu

I liked it better when Employees, HR Admin and Planner were all in the same menu, running down the left hand side. I hate having to switch out of Employee to go to Planner and then back to Employee when, for example, checking and approving holiday...

At the moment you have to type it then click on add comments and then save. A number of people click save but not add comment and then the comment is lost

Email address from ATS should populate email field on contacts tab, not personal tab

Timesheet Overtime Approval or Decline individually

When employees have multiple overtime entries to approve, we need to have the option to Approve or Decline each individual entry. At present we can only approve or decline all, see attached example.

Ability to change leave reason

When someone is processed as a leaver you cannot amend the leave reason - we did not realise this when setting up the system and sometimes HR does not find out the true reason for leaving until after a person leaves (settlements/courts etc)

Being able to book unpaid leave in 'other events' in half days, i.e 3.5 days

Employee needed to book 3.5 days unpaid leave and the end of a period of annual leave. In order to do this they had to book 3 days and then a separate half day, which meant two approvals.
