When people are off sick not to be able to add Timesheet/Assignments

Currently, if an employee is off sick, they can still add timesheets/assignment to record overtime and this might slip through the cracks and to be approved by mistake .It will be good if there is sickness recorded, the timesheet/assignments to be inactive. Thank you
