Could you show a medical alert picture, or some sort of flag to indicate that an employee has a medical condition. This needs to be on the front of their main record.

This would make it easier to visually see there is a condition, and would make it easier to do annual checks. If you could also be able to run a report off for all employees with medical conditions, that would be even better.

Ability to use annual leave and TOIL on the same day

As some people gain TOIL in hours rather than days, they want to use it along with some hours annual leave in the same day but the system currently doesn't allow this and they can only be used on separate days.

Improve formatting on adverts in ATS

Improve formatting on adverts in ATS - the spacing, the font, it all looks super messy and unprofessional despite all our best efforts to keep everything the same. We select Sans Serif 13px for everything, yet all looks different throughout.

Employees self certifying on People HR

As employees take time off as sick, it would be great if they would self certify on PeopleHR and not the line manager or the admin inputting this on to the system. This can then be approved by the line manager.

Expenses for payment to go to accounts/payroll

Allow more than one pattern to be added in future

Allowing more than one work pattern to be pending due to flexible hours requests. for example, someone is increasing their hours steadily 7.5 hours and another 7.5 hours in one month. I would like to be able to act on the changes and be done with it.

Having multiple employees in different departments and countries, it can get really frustrating when I want to approve their annual leave, because I cant see all their request at the same time.

connect whole and half day sickness in as one entry

It would be good if you could connect half and whole day sickness together. Eg. connecting an afternoon and the next day into one entry
