Modifying the authorization email to Include the name of the employee whose holiday record was changed.

Please can I request to include both the line manager’s and the employee’s names in the notification when it comes to making changes to the planner as the current automated message does not include the employee's name. This creates confusion as the authorising manager will only see the days being requested as annual leave but not the name of the person who the leave is for.
