It would be useful to be able to pull off a report of staff who haven't taken any time of for sickness over a chosen period of time as this is a big achievement.

As the CEO's Executive Assistant, it would be really helpful to be able to access or at least upload expenses on their behalf. Only admin's should have the ability or responsibility to do this.

Can the 'supporting comments' box be made a mandatory field so staff need to include information about their leave request e.g. details of compassionate leave, why request is made at short notice etc

We want to have the flexibility to make the performance review less scoring and to add text to the descriptive scoring and words, there is currently no flexibility to do this in the system
